I got it last summer clearance. It's a solidly made umbrella. Not going to find a better one at this price. Most cheap ones have a flimsy base and this one is solid. Had trouble with the light but frankly I don't really keep the umbrella open at night so it doesn't bother me

I have this for past few years. Still holds up but I probably open it less than 15 yrs a year. Here is a few things to note.
  • The led is solar but the light output is so low it is useless. Better to just hang a small AA power camping lamp
  • The umbrella is only good for the sun. NOT rain. The fabric is is more like clothing and water seep through.
  • I can't comment on the base and stability. I don't use and have them bar strapped to my porch railing to hold it up. My porch is small and hanging a straight umbrella right in the middle is not possible.
  • Quality is good.
At 200 it's pricy IMHO as I do see patio umbrellas for $30 but the are straight and requires a table with umbrella hole. So this have a niche. For my use case.

If you have a plastic or wooden table one option is to drill a hole in it for the cheaper straight umbrella

I have the Hampton Bay 11' umbrella I got on clearance 4 years ago thats not the cantilever but a bar that slides out. I didn't do a great job covering it so it went through two winters with snow and is starting to get difficult to slide out. But the fabric and base definitely lasted so looking like I'm buying this and will try to do a better job covering it.

what do you mean by covering it? Is that only for snow or for rain too?

I mean if you want it to last a really long time you should cover it between uses. But I'm too lazy for that so I was just doing it over the winter.
