$40 seems a bit steep still. $30 would be an alright deal. I purchased the remaster back when you could download the ps5 miles morales and then upgrade it to ultimate edition for $20.
Community Reviews
Marvel's Spider Man Miles Morales Ultimate Edition bundles a short but enjoyable Miles campaign with Spider Man Remastered and its extra content, making it a solid way to get both games on PS5. The bundle is praised for strong value versus buying each game separately, and the winter New York setting adds to the experience. The main concern is length and price, since Miles Morales is only about 10 hours and the bundle has often been seen closer to $30. The remaster voucher also raises uncertainty, with reports of expired or dead codes in some copies, so the package feels best when the code is confirmed.
Common Questions (3)
$38.94 is a decent deal if you want both games, since the two titles are still listed at $50 each separately and the bundle includes Spider-Man Remastered. It has sold for around $30 or even $20 in past deals, so waiting can make sense if you want the lowest price.
The bundle code can still work, and some copies reportedly show an expiration as far out as 2034. A few older copies had dead or expired vouchers, so checking the box art and code date matters before buying.
Miles Morales is about 10 hours for the main story, with the bundle's total content landing around 20-40 hours when Spider-Man Remastered is included. The remaster also adds a good amount of content and DLC, but Miles Morales itself is still considered short.

PlayStation support wouldn't honor the code since they state that code is only good for a year since the bundle first launched.
Not sure if these ever got updated with newer codes or how to tell if you're getting a "newer" copy.
