I had a pretty expensive 4 port usb c charger go bad by them and they declined to replace or even work with me shortly past the 1 year warranty. They were technically not wrong to deny the claim since it was out of warranty but for me, it was on a barely used product and I later discovered that a lot of reviews complained of faulty ports - I think it was an obviously defective product and Ugreen knew it. Bye bye $300.
I don't think Anker or any other reputable company would have done this.

I believe I have this same model, it's my travel charger, and I bought a second for work. Still going strong for the last 3 years IIRC, work charger about 2 years.
