Don't be scammed by supplements that under dose. While 3mg of Melatonin can help, 50mg of Theanine is way too low, and "botanical herbs" means nothing in a gummy.

These are actually very good. I been buying from Sam's Club for years. They work so good. Helps me fall asleep and I wake up feeling refreshed. Helped my kids get back on sleep schedules too.
