PS. I understand how bill credits work when paying everything up front, but how about bill credits for monthly service? Pay for a month, then credits pay for the next 2-3... so end up paying every 3-4 months the regular amount??
I'm not 100% sure on the fees and taxes. On the 1 year Mint plan my AZ fees are about 3.35/mo.
