Any tips on installing this (or something comparable) in a 2008 Rav4? 😁
This has a suction cup to mount on your windshield or a little stand/bracket to place on your dashboard, and plugs in to a cigarette lighter port for power, so really it can be installed very easily in just about any car.
I think the only (probably/possibly) difficult part of setting things up would be running the cable from the backup camera either through the car or under the car to connect to the tablet.

I would suggest looking on amazon for an aftermarket system that is built specifically for the rav4, there are some cool options that look like its a factory finish and in some cases better than OEM.

https://a.co/d/0ibgG9Du I have this in my 2011 it looks stock takes about 2 minutes to launch the wireless Apple CarPlay each time but it's well worth it! Install took me 20 minutes pretty easy!
