For similar money you can get a decent dual action random orbiting polisher from harbor freight and some good quality pads.
If you just want something for wax they have 10" low speed buffers with microfiber bonnets.
Community Reviews
This cordless dual action car buffer is aimed more at paint correction and polishing than routine waxing. It can remove hand applied wax quickly, and the small battery still has enough runtime to finish an entire car. The motor is described as strong for its size, but the pad and velcro attachment raise reliability concerns, and careless use can leave swirl marks or haze. It is a practical DIY tool if you want faster polishing work and can keep the pads clean.
The polisher can remove hand-applied wax effectively when paired with a soft wool pad.
The motor performance can feel strong for the lightweight cordless setup and small battery.
The buffer can help work polish into paint faster, with hand work reserved for the finishing steps.
Routine waxing use can potentially mar, haze, or leave swirl marks on paint.
The promo code reportedly no longer works, which can break the advertised deal.
The velcro pad reportedly can come off, which creates a risk during polishing.
A similar buffer reportedly failed almost immediately, and missing the return window left no remedy.
