I've actually had pretty good luck with their customer support. I recently got a chainsaw that continually flooded and never started. They gave me the option of refund or replacement and followed through quickly. A couple years ago I had an issue with one of their solar grid tie inverters. Same fast response. And I have a couple of these chargers and they work fine. I don't find the display particularly easy to read; depends on the light.
I realize in some purchasing situations it's hard to have patience, as compared to other items purchased. This tire changer attachment was an item where I had no problem in having 7 days patience. Tho on other items/situations I may not have as much patience.
