I would think yes.
Its 10% of the net amount after trade in and promo deductions - so if you trade in a high value phone it wont be much
I am not 100%
But reactivating is cheap because if it does not show up you can always cancel or pause and I think you will get prorated refund. Just dont port
At Google Store it gives additional $200 Credit but it says Google Fi offer is only for new customers.
Now, how will this change after 21 days. It seems like the offers are worse for existing users this time.
So you get $33.33 a month credit. So in 4.5 months you breakeven on the Pro and 6 months to breakeven on the Pro XL vs the existing customer
interesting dilemma , I do think new customer wins , especially on the Pro as you have to be a customer for 4 months anyway.

Also, Google Store has technically barred any existing users of Fi from offers as it clearly says when you choose Google Fi that this needs to be a brand new account of Fi. Or, am I doing something wrong?

But the code I got is longer. It will work on the "regular" google store though, just not within fi.
Note that I am still in the "new customer" window on Google fi.
