This is a deal only because the Mac Mini it out of stock everywhere, with a month backorder.
The Apple refurbished store has been slowly adding stock of Mac Mini's to their online store. Check the website frequently. The stock seems to update the most in the evening 5pm to midnight and early mornings Pacific time.
Models and prices range from $750 - $2,200+ depending on the specs, with the 256gb SSD version being the lowest. I've also seen a few Studio's available this week.
All of the models are refurbished but in "Like New" condition and come with Applecare subscription options.
