My xm3s are saying low battery after like a 1.5 hour Zoom call is that normal or do you think it's time to replace and upgrade?

Went ahead and picked them up. I've had the XM5's for at least a year, maybe two, and really like them. As a bonus, I've managed not to wash them.

For those who have any concerns about Secondipity, don't. I have purchased XM4 earbuds and headphones from them, and the same for XM5 and XM6 now, both buds and phones. All of them have been proper refurbs in new or near new condition. They come in a plain box, not the official Sony packaging.

Worst thing that occurred for me was that they didn't have the complete set of all sizes of foam buds for the earbuds. So in those cases I used duplicates I already owned or aftermarket ones.

The 2 year warranty is also rock solid. And Secondipity is Sony's official refurb reseller. Trusted.

At these prices they are as good as new and with an extended warranty.

$130 seems very low for these headphones. Could it be possible that these are knockoff or fake buds?
They are also authorized Sony dealer

I think from my own experience XM3 and XM4 Sony had this bad company that provided them all their batteries, my x3 went bad super fast , and my x4 are still rung strong,
I hope they have a new battery supplier, if not you can always use their 2 year insurance...
I have read, unofficially, that they changed suppliers after the issues with the XM3 and 4.

Shit, I guess I'll pull the trigger. Owned a pair of XM5's I loved but lost one ear bud a year ago and vowed to never buy expensive buds again. The cheaper ones are fine but I miss the premium sound of these and for $130 I guess I'm back...

I want to try these but really don't like the form factor. The bud sticks out of your ear so much making you look like Shrek.

You can buy singular ear buds for about $30-$40 for the xm5s. Just make sure you get one on the same software number. I've lost two different ear buds from my xm5s over the last two years and haven't had any trouble finding a replacement on eBay that has worked flawlessly!

The design of the headphones will annoy the crap out of me. They scream "fall out of my ear." I wish they had Bose's StayHear design.

Great seller and totally legit. Bought the black XM5 2 years ago and still use them for 8 hours a day every day - commute meetings gym. Don't need these but got em anyway, in silver to make myself feel better about switching it up every couple days.

The seller is a Sony authorized reseller; that's why you get a 2-year warranty. Random stores that sell refurbished items don't give you a 2-year warranty.
