Im case anyone use interested, these lights would work perfectly as grow lights. The only downside is they are not 4', each has a 3" end cap on each end so you are really only getting 3'6" grow lights. Really good deal though, but if you have a Rural King in your area, they have a 4' shop lights with similar specs with 4' of actual light. They often put them on sale for 12.99 each

is amiko a respected brand? because if they arent anything special, there are almost identical lights on amazon that are the same price for their non sale price, and they drop to $35 on sale. same specs, same description, etc.

Similar, but the amazon one is only 5k, the ones at HD at 6.5k. The lower the K the more yellow the light. 5k and above is considered closer to sunshine.

I'd take 5KK over 6.5KK any days. 6500K is too blue.

Well if it's sold out all over the state that means all those eco friendly Californians must have bought them all up. You need to goto the gas guzzling states and I'm sure you will find plenty on the shelf there Wink
