No. Take your membership card and receipt to the membership desk and ask for a "price adjustment". They'll credit your original form of payment within 30-days of purchase.

Just normal sale price for the month... eh? Need to post everything from the monthly Costco sales and we'll be overrun with them. And yes, they're mostly good deals in the monthly sales.
