I purchased a bunch of factory BLEMISHED (not RECONDITIONED) tools and items from DTO (~ 10 tools including drills, drivers, nailers, staplers, saws, both 18V and Lithium and some of their accessories, Ryobi link system with hooks and cabinets). The only time I ever saw an issue was on one of the cabinets was slightly dented at the edge. It didn't bother me enough to even try to return it since it cost less than half of the price at Home Depot. Everything else came at identical condition you would get it new at a store.
