Buyer beware, however, that LG customer support is abysmal. We also purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator at the same time. The washer was delivered with a cracked drum. LG refused to address the issue until we filed a complaint with the BBB and, even then, it took dozens of hours or phone calls and multiple months to get the issue addressed.
