In case anyone wants to know, these are basically just like the peanut butter cups, but they have chopped up nuts and pretzels and caramel in them too. I think they are just "ok" and I prefer the original butter cups myself, but my wife likes these.

I will say, unfortunately this is not good for Halloween as these have an expiration date in 1 month. I wouldn't trust them til 10/31, personally.

If expiration is 8/26, very likely pretzels are already somewhat stale and peanut butter tastes off or soon will. They are using us as their garbage can and getting paid for it.

Wondering how these would show up in the heat of the summer? It seems like I am at the end of all the delivery routes as I get them around dinner time or later...which mean they sit in the back of a very hot truck all day. I try to stay away from all chocolate purchases via delivery May-October. I had a few deliveries that were packed with dry ice(?), but that had evaporated too leaving a chocolate mess. :-)

Costco has 37 ounce bags for $15. Not as good of a deal per/lb, but they won't be melted or expiring in 1 month.

This is on the products page under the Specs tab

NOTE: Packed with cold packs for transit.

Obviously will depend on the temps and your specific shipping situation but they are at least addressing it somewhat. You still might get a melted mess, who knows.
