TBH I dont know what the exact difference is between the Pegasus and Pegasus premium though

1) There's the full layer of Air Zoom that helps with shock absorption
2) There's a layer of ZoomX premium foam for better shock absorption and bounce
Pretty cool looking and very cushy but defs not worth $230 - 180-190 RRP with a $130 discount price seems a lot more fair.
Regular pegasus kinda sucks - heavy, no bounce, all ReactX foam - go buy a Saucony Endorphin Azura or Endorphin Speed to get top 10 energy return in the market at the same price.

Every marathon was 100% Nike for five years until Saucony, Adidas, and Puma shipped something similar. Each of these brands now offers a premium foam daily trainer at ~$150-180 mark.
Then there's Brooks, Asics, and Hoka - not only did they take a decade to match Nike supershoes at the $250+ tier, they're still putting cheap EVA foam and bad rubber tread on $150 shoes.
