Just to chime in here, I am a 63-year-old gamer, been here since Pong, this is by far one of the best, funnest games I have ever played. fyi. Might not be for you if you are into intense PvP-fighting types of games. Beautiful game, great graphics!

Such a good game. Took me back to when I played Skyrim for the first time. Great explorable world, combat feels satisfying, sooo much to do. Bought it at launch and currently at 354 hours and still going.

Agreed. I'm at 150 hours (PC) and still enjoying myself, which is 1/2 of yours. I typically don't ever play single player games past the 100 hour mark. My previous high was Cyberpunk with all the DLC at around 95 hours.

Thoughts on PS5 vs PC? I have BG3 on PS5 and find myself wishing I'd have picked it up on PC instead b/c so much of the game feels clunky navigating the menus on a controller.

I was a big time Skyrim player, never finished...this game is skyrim on steroids! but very beautiful! People complain that they finished it already, I've had it for a very long time 6 months maybe, and am still on chapter 5!

I've only played on PC, but have read it suffers some on console performance wise. If you can get it on PC, that's the route I'd take.
