Yes, I have it and I like it, I use this more for metal and other things, and use the XR for tile and drywall and other things as it's more like a little circular saw I also have the 4 1/2 inch grinder and I used it to sharpen mower blades and the little straight dye grinder that I use for trimming my dogs, nails and other metal work lol

They already have the 3 inch cut off tool. Idk why they created this one. Ergonomically, the older design is better in my opinion. I own the older cutoff tool and use it more than angle grinder to cut off stuff.
