This ASUS ROG G700 is a high end 9800X3D and RX 9070 XT prebuilt that stands out for strong gaming performance and unusually good value at $1799.99. The 32GB DDR5, 2TB SSD, 850W Gold power supply, 240mm liquid cooler, and included keyboard and mouse make it feel well rounded, and the price is repeatedly framed as better than building similar parts yourself. The main caveat is that the open box route carries warranty and repair risk, and the 9070 XT still trails a GeForce 5080 in absolute performance. A solid all in one option if you want top tier parts without piecing it together.
The system includes a quad-fan setup with a 240mm AIO liquid cooler for CPU cooling.
The deal bundles 32GB DDR5-5600 and a 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD for immediate gaming storage needs.
The RX 9070 XT can approach 5080-like rasterized performance when undervolted and pushed with power.
The Micro Center warranty and in-store service options can reduce hassle compared with shipping for repairs.
The PSU model used in the prebuilt is unclear, which can matter for stability under peak draws.
The RX 9070 XT performance may require careful power and driver setup to avoid instability.
Undervolting can introduce stability problems even when the rest of the system runs cool.
Open-box risk can increase because repairs and diagnostics may involve shipping costs and fees despite warranty coverage.

While you consider that route seeking stability, what's your power supply make/model? You can run a 9700XT on a 750W but not all power supplies are created equal so making sure you have a good quality PS that's rock solid stable during the highest power draws is critical. I'd also look at drivers (making sure it was installed only after stripping all drivers and registry entries (DDU is good for this). And I'd look at other software that might interact with the card and/or video drivers. Tools like MSI Afterburner, etc. Strip those away as part of the troubleshooting. It is, of course, entirely possible you have a poorly manufactured card (poor heatsink applications leaving destabilizing temps in their wake - GPU or Memory) or an underlying hardware fault on the board.
