Please clarify which device you are trying to unlock?

Either way, I believe a phone has to be on active Tracfone service for one year for it to unlock. Can't stick this one in a drawer til 2027 and think it will unlock next summer.

As per 2025 tracfone unlock policy my phone was initially unlocked and phone display gone within 1yr warranty period. When I reached out to tracfone they have sent me a new refurbished phone and its locked to tracfone and asking me to have 1yr service to unlock it again 😑
