It's a good deal for all the atomic grinders/die grinders/ cut off tools. Prices vary as the tool is bought and the more expensive battery kit is the "free item". This reflects better pricing which is good for anyone doing hacks as well. Would be nice if it was 2 4ah powerpacks instead of 1 5ah but I guess beggers can't be choosers lol

Can we return the batteries and get the grinder prorated?
If you're doing any kind of professional work I highly suggest the 60v. 20v is just fine for hobbyist, homeowners, and occasional use imo
As a professional i have all 3 flexvolt grinders. 6",7", and 9". I also have the atomic 4" (not the same exact one as the 4 1/2" in this deal) and the extended 4" cut off in this deal. They all ha e their use. The flexvolts can't get into spots these can. But I will say you are correct tho in the fact that these atomic grinders aren't meant to be professional use by themself. They do not replace a full size angle grinder. The 6" flexvolt is definitely my most used grinder

Are you a welder or iron worker, and why do you have so many grinder?!!!! =P

I do commercial overhead doors mostly, dock levelers, and gates. We do it all fabrication and everything. Monster doors, sometimes hangar doors. 6" is jus the go to powerhouse of power, speed, and torque. 9" for its cut depth. The 7" would be the one i would give up if I had to. Same as the 6" with less speed but more torque. I got the 7" mainly to see if I liked that or the 6" more but the 6" is the one I like. Usually just use the 7" if it happens to have the wheel on it i need and the 6" doesn't. And the atomics jus for their size and getting into tight spots. Also jus not every task needs tons of power. Not union but sometimes on union jobs as there is no union that does our work we are classified as ironworkers

Have you seen this angle grinder? It isn't supposed to compete with a big 60v grinder. This one is tiny, you can use it one handed.
