Community Reviews
This 20000mAh TALIX power bank stands out for its built in USB C cable, three ports, and very fast charging, with claims of up to 140W and even 190W peak output. It is also described as physically smaller than a 28000mAh bank, useful as a travel friendly backup, and CCC certified for China trips. The brand is tied to Lenovo in the comments, and the price is called unusually strong for the capacity and speed. The main caution is certification and safety scrutiny, since it is not UL listed and the review profile is questioned. A compact high output option if those tradeoffs are acceptable.
Common Questions (4)
Yes. It is CCC certified, which matters for travel to China because Chinese public transport and domestic flights require power banks to meet that certification. It is also described as FCC compliant and apparently TSA compliant, but not UL listed.
It is described as a Lenovo-backed or Lenovo-adjacent accessory brand, with throttling and cooling technology and traditional lithium batteries. It is not UL listed, so it may not match the safety certification set of a pricier premium bank, but it is still presented as fairly safe.
It supports up to 140W max and up to 190W peak, and it can charge a Moto Edge at over 50W. That makes it a strong option if you want a compact bank that can deliver higher-than-usual phone charging speeds.
It is physically smaller than a 28000mAh bank and has a built-in USB-C cable, so it works well as a cheaper temporary replacement. The tradeoff is lower capacity, since it is 20000mAh instead of 28000mAh.

$25 is pretty crazy for this Lenovo-adjacent brand bank.

For people who are not Chinese or flying into China soon, you're probably wanting to see UL and FCC certification. For flight, you want it to be TSA compliant and adhere to UN 38.8 standards with a formal test summary.
This particular product is FCC compliant and appears to be TSA compliant, but is not UL listed. The batteries also seem to fully be the traditional lithium batteries, not a hybrid or one of the newer battery techs. It does seem to have throttling and cooling technology. Overall seems fairly safe, but I wouldn't expect it to be as safe as a $150+ power bank with all the latest certifications and goodies.
