Got this printer about a week ago and have been using it daily for shipping labels (I use it primarily with my iPhone). Very easy to set up. Text is clear. Excellent printer for this price.

I got on the deal last week as well. Only printed a few test sheets so far but everything worked no issues. Font looks clear enough to me.

Haven't used this specific one, but I assume they all have similar components, and my cheap Chinese label printer has been trouble free for over a year. Better than spending $$$ for a Zebra? I don't know, but it's worked for me so far.
