I know it is different item, but I been using Sam's club 9" Foil sheet as air fryer liner and just need to fold the side up to prevent it from falling out of it.
500 for $14.34 which come to around 0.03$ each.
Way cheaper compared to other air fryer liners.

isn't the point of the holes on the basket that the air can circulate under and crisp/cook all of it?

Call these what you want but they make your food cook unevenly and slower. There is no way for air to circulate when using these so food won't heat up as expected.

I agree that it doesn't allow air to circulate. It also pools grease and juices from the food so it doesn't get crispy.
But I suppose you can use these liners to line the air fryer basket under the insert to help with cleaning.

Yeah the ones from reputable companies have holes in them. Still not sufficient IMO but at least it makes sense. These no-name brands don't seem to understand how an air fryer works. The only use case I could see for these would be to line the basket itself under the tray to allow crumbs and oils to drop down and make cleanup a little easier but you're still cleaning the tray so it just reduces it instead of eliminating it.

That defeats the whole purpose of the liners lol. They cook fine with no holes you just have to turn. Or put the liner and the very bottom that way you only clean the tray
