The Qrevo Pro stands out as a hands-off robot vacuum and mop with strong autonomous cleaning, self-emptying, self-washing, self-drying, and carpet detection that lifts the mop for transitions. The heated mop washing, rotating pads, and app control make it especially useful for hardwood and mixed floors, and the refurb deal adds a 2 year warranty that makes the price more appealing. The main cautions are hair tangles in the roller and maintenance for the dirty-water tank, plus occasional reports of Wi Fi, docking, or warranty hassles. A solid fit for open homes that want low-effort floor care.
Common Questions (4)
It includes an anti-tangle brush setup with a detangler/cutter, and the roller ends can be removed for easier hair cleanup. Even so, long hair can still wrap the roller and may need weekly or periodic detangling in heavy-shedding homes.
The refurbished unit is reported to come with a 2-year warranty in this deal, though the certified-refurbished terms also mention 6 months and Allstate coverage only after the manufacturer warranty expires. That makes the exact coverage worth checking before buying, especially if warranty support matters to you.
Yes. It can mop and vacuum in the same run, and owners report strong autonomous cleaning with good mopping performance and automatic dustbin emptying. One caveat is that some users still prefer it mainly for hard floors and use a separate vacuum for carpeted rooms.
Yes. It has heated washing for the mop pads, and it detects carpet transitions to lift the mop heads, vacuum the carpet, then lower them again on hard floors. That makes it practical for mixed flooring without manual mode switching.

I'm newbie to robo vac/mop, but in market to get one. Should I jump on this?

As for the vac, I've been using robots vacs for over 20 years and the Qrevo is the first one that almost never requires any intervention. They just work.
Even earlier roborock models would develop odd spots to get stuck in. These don't and I've gradually converted all my units to them.
I haven't used any of the models to compare but it's probably worth considering just for the warranty.
