any experts here can weigh in on how good a deal and product this is?
I'm newbie to robo vac/mop, but in market to get one. Should I jump on this?

The Qrevo S Pro was on sale on Prime Day at $400 brand new. It's superior in almost every way and 2 years newer. I'd wait for that sale again personally.

It's a fairly good price, but will sometimes get lower.

As for the vac, I've been using robots vacs for over 20 years and the Qrevo is the first one that almost never requires any intervention. They just work.

Even earlier roborock models would develop odd spots to get stuck in. These don't and I've gradually converted all my units to them.

Even though it's an older model this deal has a 2 year warranty, which is twice the length of new products.

I haven't used any of the models to compare but it's probably worth considering just for the warranty.

What about hair tangling all up in the rubber brush roller, wheels, axels, mop spinners. This is a major problem for households with long haired humans or pets

I bought a refurbished roborock q revo almost two years ago and I love it. I've had no problems at all. I love the fact that the wet pads rotate and lift up when they detect carpet, so it can mop and vacuum all in one trip. I've had roombas and neatos in the past and roborock is far, far superior.

I searched sd and don't see it being lower than this ever. Has it been?

I think the Pro model is still 90% of S Pro, as per google. The biggest upgrades are the stronger suction, improved anti-tangle brush design, and a newer dock with hotter mop washing. The biggest day-to-day conveniences (self-emptying, self-washing, self-drying, water refill, excellent app) are already present on the Pro. Considering that, and 2 year warranty, discounted ebay gcs I had, no pets in house and needing one asap, I think i'll bite.

I bought the older Qrevo from their ebay store 1 year ago. Recently it won't return to base or lift to clean carpet. It was really easy to do Allstate claim. They send me a label to ship it in, and 2 days later they said they can't fix it and just cut me a check. Highly recommend getting certify refurbished for the discount and 2 year warranty.

Yeah this is an awesome deal. These were on sale for about $340 a couple months ago and I jumped on it, which was already a pretty good deal. I've got this one and an original Qrevo and they've both been awesome. The waste water bin smells like death when you have to empty it, but that's just a dirty water bath issue, not a roborock design issue. As others have mentioned they work great and are extremely hands off.. they just work.

For dirty bin water smell, just cleqn it, then spray it with bleach prior to installing. Fixes instantaneously.

I've had a ton of roborock products and they work awesome. However this line absolutely refuses to connect to my wifi. Dedicated SSID, 2.4ghz, super simple pw, doesn't matter. I've tried using my phone as a hotspot, etc. Maybe it works with normal consumer grade gear, but unifi and the like seem completely incompatible

I have an old bumper style vacuum..my house is small with many things in a way and some carpets. Does this vacuum work even in crammed places ? To use my vacuum, I have to lift up many random things off the floor to get a decent clean
