Obviously it's bulky, but if you have space - it's great. I do mostly pull ups on it though, no wobble for me
Community Reviews
This Sportsroyals power cage stands out as a budget home gym setup with the lat pulldown and accessories included, and the price looks strong for what comes in the box. The rack has held up for years in home use, with only a little wobble during reracking or weighted pull ups, and assembly was manageable. The main tradeoffs are its bulky footprint, 4 inch hole spacing, and no lap brace for lat pulldowns. It arrives in two packages, so the accessories may show up separately.
The rack includes the accessories shown and supports frequent lat pulldown use.
The rack has held up well over about two years with only minor wobble during reracking.
The hole alignment and assembly process can be manageable for a solo setup.
The $263.50 + free shipping price can be strong value for what the package includes.
The rack can wobble during reracking and weighted pull-ups, which may matter for some users.
The lat pulldown setup lacks a lap brace, which is included on some comparable models.
The hole spacing appears to be 4-inch, which can make safety bar and J-hook placement less convenient.
Shipping can arrive in two packages, and receiving only the cage first can lead to confusion about missing accessories.

Here is my rant:
I search for used fitness stuff on various websites for local pickup... bargains to be had.
.
I think this F7 (aka F4 ELITE) with weight stack was a Slickdeal at about $380... Too bad I bought the F4 version 2.0 in January without a weight stack... I will only buy a new squat rack with at least one weight stack to make weight changes so much faster.
I don't have a functional trainer cable system on my F4 version2.0, and neither does the F7. But you can hook up a swivel eye pulley with about 7feet rope with D-ring hands on the ends to use a functional trainer at the high LAT pull point or the low ROW pull point. Works surprisingly well.
I use my Total Gym XLS as a great functional trainer which I bought used for $80. It is so much more than a functional trainer. Can do leg presses, calf raises, hamstring curls with ankle attachment, etc. You can load weight plates onto a steel pipe through the sliding bench of this model and also add resistance bands. Actually a lot of fun to use. Excellent for those who may have back issues. Be prepared to sweat a lot!
