Obviously it's bulky, but if you have space - it's great. I do mostly pull ups on it though, no wobble for me

Here is my rant:
I search for used fitness stuff on various websites for local pickup... bargains to be had.

I think this F7 (aka F4 ELITE) with weight stack was a Slickdeal at about $380... Too bad I bought the F4 version 2.0 in January without a weight stack... I will only buy a new squat rack with at least one weight stack to make weight changes so much faster.
I don't have a functional trainer cable system on my F4 version2.0, and neither does the F7. But you can hook up a swivel eye pulley with about 7feet rope with D-ring hands on the ends to use a functional trainer at the high LAT pull point or the low ROW pull point. Works surprisingly well.
I use my Total Gym XLS as a great functional trainer which I bought used for $80. It is so much more than a functional trainer. Can do leg presses, calf raises, hamstring curls with ankle attachment, etc. You can load weight plates onto a steel pipe through the sliding bench of this model and also add resistance bands. Actually a lot of fun to use. Excellent for those who may have back issues. Be prepared to sweat a lot!
