I bought this rack two years ago for $330 + tax and its held up great. Gives a little wobble when reracking the bar or doing weighted pull ups but nothing crazy. Highly recommend at this price if you're a casual lifter.

I have one of those and it's great. Paid more than that, would definitely grab it at this price.
Obviously it's bulky, but if you have space - it's great. I do mostly pull ups on it though, no wobble for me

Bought this last December and it has served me well. A lot of the cages at this price point are woefully inadequate to safely use but this one has enough strength that it should have no issues even if you have a total failure on a lift.

Does it come with the attachment e.g. lat pull down bar? Or is it just the cage a with pulley system. the 1st pic shows the attachments but the selection on Amazon says "cage only"

It does, it comes with all the accessories shown. I use the lat pull down often.

I came here to say the same thing. It's been just over 2 years for me, and I also paid $330. It still checks all the boxes for what I want, with just enough wobble to let me know I have a cheaper cage and didn't spend a thousand dollars on a name brand. I've never once been disappointed I bought this. A handful of times I've contemplated upgrading to a more robust cage or one with 2 pulleys (one on each side), but I can't bring myself to pay double the price for something that doesn't wobble or gives me so little in return.

Looks like 4-inch spacing between the holes. I prefer 2 inch spacing to better set the safety bars, J-hooks, etc.

No lap brace for LAT pulldown. The Mikolo F4, F4 ELITE (aka F7) have the lap brace for LAT pulldowns included.

Uh.... 1.5mm thickness steel is 16gauge steel... uh, that is the thinnest steel framing I have ever heard of for a rack. At least the Mikolo F4 and F4 ELITE (aka F7) have 14 gauge, which is about 1.9mm thickness. For people who lift very heavy, may need the 11 gauge (3mm thick), 3x3 inch square tubing at much higher prices.

Search for SlickDeal thread on Mikolo squat racks and their other products. .

ChatGPT does not even consider 16gauge for squat racks:

Stress Load Breakdown

These are approximate engineering estimates for a well-built rack with dynamic effects included.

Bar Weight Static Force Dynamic Peak Recommendation
225 lb Low Very Low Any quality rack
315 lb Moderate Moderate 14-ga acceptable
405 lb Moderate-High High Prefer 11-ga
500 lb High Very High 11-ga strongly recommended
600 lb Very High Severe Commercial-grade preferred

So, if you are using barbell weight of 300lbs or less, 14 gauge is acceptable. This is for a very large majority of people.

A friend of mine purchased this and it's perfect for him. He's not very experienced so this is enough for him and most people. I think if you're a heavy lifter and looking to build a home gym, this is not it. If you're use to gym quality power racks, you'll be slightly disappointed at the quality. For me, I went with something more heavy duty for twice the cost and I never entertain the idea of replacing it.

This looks like a really great deal. Crazy to see a full power cage with attachments going for this price. I remember decades ago when something like this was not possible for under $500 USD. Many things have gotten more expensive, but it looks like weight lifting equipment has found ways to make cheaper products.

If you are on the fence, I say go for it. Worst case scenario is sell it used and get back about the same amount of money as you spent.

Mikolo F4 has 2x2inch frames with 1.9mm thick or 14 gauge steel with lap brace for LAT pull downs and other accessories included. This OP does not come with lap brace for pull downs, which is about another $100 extra attachment if you can find one that will fit the OP rack. The Mikolo has 2inch spacing between the 1inch holes. This OP looks like the less desirable 4inch spacing.

For not that much more (when on sale), the Mikolo F7 (aka F4 ELITE) has selectorized weight stack with weight plate horns to add weight plates beyond the weight stack weights. Having a weight stack to quickly change weight resistance is worth the extra money.
