Plan must be activated within 45 days of purchase.
I'm planning to activate it, wait 60 days until it unlocks, then transfer sim from my current mint account.

You don't have to activate the plan you buy with the bundle on the Pixel 10. I don't really know how selling the plan would work with eSim though.

You absolutely can immediately transfer your current SIM to the brand new Pixel 10 when you get it in the mail.

The Pixel will simply be locked to Mint network until after it's been used on Mint for 60 days. Doesn't matter who's Mint account those 60 days come from.

Yeah. I'm just confused on how you'll sell the plan that comes with the phone. I don't know how the eSim works.

I guess best option would be before you order if you plan to sell the plan? Create an entirely throw away email. Make the purchase through that throwaway email. Make sure saved payment info etc is completely removed from the account. Straight sell the entire email/Mint account combo on eBay or Reddit or something? I'm sure you could get $50 easy if not $90 easily provided you picked Unlimited plan.

Can you trade in this phone without activating it since it is fully paid off and use the year long plan on another phone?

Oh I'm fine with eating up the cost of the plan. At $329, it's cheaper than buying comparable phone.

So I can activate it on Mint, transfer the eSim to my daily phone, keep the Pixel as a backup, 2 months later, transfer the eSim to the Pixel, unlock and then transfer the eSim back? If it's possible without having to pay for the transfers, I'll do that. Or I'll just use the Pixel for 2 months while waiting for it to unlock.
Yes, that's exactly what I had to do. I activated the Pixel and then moved the eSim to a iphone. I tried the Pixel at day 61 and it wasn't unlocked. I called CS and they said it has to be on the Mint network to receive the unlock code. I did the eSIM swap and CS sent the unlock code and it was done in about 60 minutes.

Also, I guess there is a unwritten limit on eSIM requests. CS said I can only request 4 eSims in a 30-day period.

so why don't you just get the P10, activated for the service, using it for 60days, got it unlocked, then transfer the esim to your daily phone?
that's what I am doing now

New customer here. Ordered early in the morning. Got refund email in the afternoon.
Tried changing card and using incognito browser and keep receiving this error "We are unable to process your payment. Please call Customer Care at 866-995-8807 so we can help you complete your purchase".
Tried Chat support, too dumb to solve anything, just keep asking me to repeat the same process.
I suspect that it's because the previous order is stuck with my information so it won't let me create a new order, even with a new card.
Anyone here has successfully solved the issue?

The chance they've oversold these and will be cancelling a ton of orders? It's pretty high.

the website still shows it as available, annoyingly inviting new orders to be made
