When I launched my Amazon app on my TV I received this QR code. After scanning it, I was prompted to login in my Amazon account. Once logged in, I received the $5 credit immediately. I included a link, as well as a picture of the QR code, if anyone wants to try and scan it or use the link, and see if they can get this free $5 credit too. Good luck!
