Magnesium glycinate is only about 14% actual magnesium by weight. The rest is the glycine + manufacturing fillers needed.
To get 200mg of magnesium content, you need roughly 1400mg of 'magnesium glycinate'.
A "00" capsule of pure magnesium glycinate should hold about 700-800mg of powder. A "000" capsule might take around 1500mg if you're lucky, but "000" capsules are somewhat rarer since they are really big and most production lines aren't set up for it.
I'll leave out a bunch of technical info that's not necessary.
Most magnesium supplements are a borderline scam, usually having a very low dose per capsule or using oxide which is poorly absorbed. If you want a true 200mg per serving, find tablets. There are a few out there, and you really have to look, that make 200mg PER TABLET magnesium glycinate products. The tablets will weigh about 1.6-1.7g each.
If someone has this and can weigh a few capsules, we will know for sure.
edit: Confirmed '00' capsule with likely 50/50 Magnesium Oxide / Magnesium Glycinate (at best).
They can legally lie on supplement label in the US. Unless it's tested by an independent lab just assume it's all a lie.

These are probably 100mg each "00" capsules, and they are trying to sell them off before Amazon finds out. Just a guess.Considering the fact that with extra research, social influencing, lifestyle, GMO based for sourcing of regular food that may lack the nutrients and/or minerals in it, easy online access to everything available and elevated levels of marketing from companies, the consumption of supplements has increased more than 100 times in the past 20 years, why can't such a bill be reintroduced?
In the end if the government truly wants to protect the people and keep them happy and healthy then it's not a big expense at all.
Back when regulation was seriously considered f'n Mel Gibson did a commercial about the FBI raiding his home for vitamins and the public are it up. Look it up, it scared people back then because they didn't understand political propaganda as well as the public does today. The commercial is ridiculous.
I'm also open to feedback but from what I've heard capsules are most trash.

According to this, I would say these are '000' size capsules and probably do have 150-180mg actual magnesium.
It's going to be very difficult to fill 000 capsules to the needed 1400mg so they will probably all be short. Still a good deal for even 150mg/capsule glycinate.
And even medicines don't need to be as expensive as they currently are. The world over the same pharma companies sell the same patented medicines for cheaper than here.
Things can be made better without it having to cost significantly more. Also, public health is better than private wealth. In US, a significant portion of the population take some or the other supplement. So supplement regulation or some form of testing is a generic benefit for a majority of the population, not just for a select few who form the minority.

So now that we've basically confirmed the size we still have to confirm that this product has been 3rd party tested for purity. Maybe I'll contact the company and ask for a copy of the test results.
