The hard find is for PC users who want the Steam key, which doesn't seem to be discounted anywhere.
It's an arcade racer that plays closer to Mario Kart than Assetto Corsa, and it has never tried to be anything else.

Anyhow, with inflation and rising cost of development, and a lot of failures, and this being the uber version with pretty much everything included. That's why.
PS, I don't agree with it unlike a lot of people that say otherwise. I play it on Game Pass personally.
