I bought a different brand for Christmas, and they work surprisingly well. This one is likely nicer than the one I bought for a similar price. They can be a tight fit, but nothing crazy uncomfortable for the 15-30 minutes it will likely be used for. I am 6'3" for reference. I suggest getting a water proof case/pouch for your phone if you want to use it while in there. I am not someone who can't go without their phone for a few minutes or anything, but it does get a little boring staring at a wall a foot away from you for half an hour. The window will obviously just fog up, and if you open it, you lose the steam and heat and the whole point of the thing. But if you like to meditate, that might be a good time for it too.

This one is rated higher. I think mine will get close to 110° max, but it is enough to make you sweat.

Assuming they are all pretty similar, it was very easy to put together, just some plastic tubes with connectors, and you zip the cover over it and plug the tube from the steamer into a pre-installed port in the cover. I haven't taken it apart though, but I assume that would be easy as well. It probably took me around 15-20 minutes to unbox it all and set it up, maybe a little less.

I have one of these. I haven't had any issues so far and it's Costco so the only issues just use the unlimited return policy. I would definitely advise purchasing it and if you have an issue. Switch it out. No biggie

The heat doesn't kill the phone?

You want to set it up in front of a TV. I wouldn't recommend taking your phone in there, even with a case, just to be safe. Having a TV to watch makes your time in there much more manageable. Just bring a towel to wipe the window down
