You have to. Otherwise you won't know the most trivial information on Earth. How could you live with yourself if you didn't know.

Can't speak for Sabrent, but Anker has developed a pretty good reputation for quality products. A lot of these chargers aren't UL Listed, and are a potential fire hazard. Everything from Anker is UL Listed.

The Anker is more portable. That's about it. The Sabrent puts out a lot more power. The Sabrent is a lot heavier and more bulky, it can put out a lot more total power. You may have issues plugging the Anker into an outlet if the outlet is obstructed or in a hard to reach place. Some outlets are weak and the Anker may keep falling out too.

I got one of these and it's the only charger I've used that can charge my goofy giant Dell laptop without it whining. The screen is actually pretty useful - you can tell if your strange USB device is just pulling a trickle or actually charging quickly. I recommend it. Doesn't seem to be heavy enough to fall out of any outlets I've tried.
