For the Galaxy Fold 8 Ultra 512gb, the best open deal that I've seen is https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0H12C5RCT/

$350 gift card + $400 extra with trade in + 5% back with amazon card.

So with an iPhone 16 Pro Max 512gb trade in that was....

$590+400+350 off 2474.79 after tax - $123.7 (5% back) = $1011.09 after trade in

Isn't the best directly trade in with Samsung. I can trade my zfold 6 and get the wide fold8 for around 800

For me I ordered one and tried another one. It removed the GC in last page.. I used a diff account and placed order to error out with warning.. So I used a diff account and diff CC. went thur. Got called by BB to verify my orders for fraud.. LOL

Pre-ordered the Fold 8. Trading in a refurb Fold 5 purchased for $365 for $900 trade-in credit (same amount as Samsung.com) but now with the $200 Best Buy E Gift Card. Also like being able to trade-in at purchase to receive instant credit on pick-up day.

The math isn't great for me; samsung is still less expensive by 300$.

Oh OK. It seems having a newer Samsung and trading on their website is better. But for older devices and iPhone it may be better to do best buy or Amazon
