They're almost the same, with capacity and quality. Gas is slightly more powerful.
I think the Ryobi has a better pressure hose. Guess it depends on your use case on which is more convenient.

The engine for the standard RYOBI 3300 PSI 2.4 GPM Gas Pressure Washer (Model RY80589) is manufactured on a contract basis by a third-party Chinese engine manufacturer, such as Ducar or LCT (Liquid Combustion Technology), specifically built to the technical requirements of RYOBI's parent organization, Techtronic Industries (TTI). While officially branded and sold as a "RYOBI 212cc Engine," it is not built directly by RYOBI. RYOBI designs the power washer unit and sources the 4-stroke horizontal engine components under a private-label contract. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Reason for me: I dont use it often enough to deal with oil changes, fuel and carb maintenance.
