I've had infimobile for 2 years now and have had no issues. I have 5 lines between family members and everyone loves it. Can't beat the price. Only complaint is that they charge for replacement e-sims.
No. You must pay an additional five dollars per month for hotspot on this plan.
I just left infimobile for US mobile. It was a nightmare getting my account number and port out pin from them! I tried chat twice and got disconnected, then I called and it said I was the next in queue, but then it went to voicemail. I emailed them, and they got back to me pretty quickly but asked me seven questions to verify my identity, most of the information they did not even have on me lol. After two days I finally got the information to port out. As long as you have no issues, the service isn't all bad. I was on the Verizon network with eSIM, and even though I have good Verizon coverage in my area as I had a second line on my phone with US mobile already, sometimes the infimobile data was not working or very slow and the US mobile data with same Verizon worked fine. That's why I finally took my second line to US mobile.
US mobile has a deal going on right now 199 unlimited starter or 299 unlimited premium and also gives you a $25 gift card within two days if you bring a new line.
Do not support this carrier. After 4 perfect months they suddenly dropped me for no reason (Maybe maxing out data?) and threatened not to give me my number back. They eventually did. Very annoying and dangerous company. NOT WORTH IT
This is a pretty good deal. I am going on two years with the Infimobile 5GB plan, and it has been solid for my wife and I. We came from using Mint and Tello which were good, but more expensive. I was able to renew our plans at the same rate I signed up for in 2024. It took me about 20 minutes to port in my number from Mint to Infimobile. Yes, there have been a few hiccups like losing the connection (and the GPS via Android Auto) on a trip to North Carolina from Delaware, but it came back in a short time. As long as I can get the same deal renewed, I will stick with them.

This happened to my gf. Took her 4 days to get her number back after refusing to release her number (no ability to use her number for 4 days!) one final attempt to port it out was successful after reaching an agent who apparently didn't get the memo. Terrifying. I've had them for 2 years, no problems, but the customer service was horrific. Going to port to visible when my year is up.
I highly recommend them. I have 3 lines over with them for last 2 years on T-Mobile and Verizon networks. No problems.
They also have an unlimited data $175 annual plan on their website (https://infimobile.com/plan-detai...-12-months) which has hotspot included (capped at 10GB). If you can use more than 15GB/month, then that would be a better deal.
I was on infimobile plan for a year and then ported out. No issues with the service when I was there. However a month back my account's password was reset and I subsequently my username/email was changed as well. Not sure where the data leak happened but there is a potential of you loosing access to your account and phone number. My password was generated by my password manager so highly likely that it was a leak from somewhere else.
Infimobile held my phone number hostage after failing to transfer my esim to another phone. Then they wanted to make me pay for another esim but then they couldn't accomplish anything because they have no idea how to manage their internal systems.
I had to write up some complaints I haven't submitted yet but it's a lot of stuff that got me a chargeback due to failure to provide service.
