It is cheap for a 5070ti but cutting some corners with only 16gb ram, 8700f, and the bare minimum psu of 750w. I wonder if that will bottleneck the gpu.

It definitely is, but that cost is shown elsewhere. The 8700f is an especially poor gaming CPU since it is a cut down APU and has half the L3 cache of even something like a 7500f. That lack of cache is going to be exacerbated by a single 16G DIMM, so the RAM isn't running in dual channel mode. Both of those things will particularly hurt 1% lows, so more stuttering in games.

So definitely some compromises, but if you're looking to just max out games on a 4k OLED it will definitely do the job. If I were buying it I would want to swap out the CPU and go dual channel for the RAM, but those two things take it out of price competitiveness. And at that point you're better off building a system with a 5070ti on sale from Newegg and one of the 7700x3d combos they have at the moment. That basically gets you around $1700, and so you would still need a case or PSU. Or you stick with a single DDR5 DIMM, add a case and PSU and you're at this price but with a much more performant CPU that will compensate for the single channel RAM with its increased L3 cache

I don't know that I could recommend this system. If you mostly wanted for gaming, you would be better off with a Ryzen 5 9600x. It has higher single core clock speeds, as well as double the L3 cache.

Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for better cpu and ram. I can find rebuilds for like 2k with a much better cpu and ram. The 8700f will bottle neck with a 5070ti as well. Its better paired with a lower gpu like a 5070
