This is perfect for those who have difficulty or just won't clean their dryer exhaust hoses, or replace their A/C filters.

The A/C filters should be replaced every 3 months, so this is better than nothing.

If you can't replace your A/C filters, you should get 2 annual subscriptions ($99x2), so they will visit your home 4 times a year.

That's dumb advice.
Better to get an AC service contract that will include Pan/Drain Cleanings and Filter changes.
If you can't change your filters you definitley will not be cleaning out the AC and drains.

I do it myself at home.
But at the rentals it's only $258 3X a year(4x is $300)

May be good for boomers or someone disabled. For everyone else, MASSIVELY overpriced, especially considering it is labor only

Most of the stuff in the description is like a 30 second task.
Water heater flush is maybe serious, if they use like a pump to forcefully extract the water, but doesn't cover gas heaters, and compared to the other items, I doubt they do.

Overpriced? Guess it depends on your home and what you need. I've got a set of lights in my foyer nearly 25 feet off the ground... Cost more to have someone come out and change them than they're charging for the service. I guess for the double-wide and do it myself folks it might seem overpriced, but actually pretty cheap for 2 in home service calls considering the tasks they'll perform.

this guy is thinking! I've already got a stupidly tall little giant but if I didn't I would totally use this for the bulb changes or SMOKE DETECTORS

Wait…

*12-foot height maximum
