Subject: Complaint & Compensation Request: Order [Order Number]
To Walgreens Corporate Customer Care,
I am reporting a serious issue with pickup Order [Order Number], placed on [Date] at the [City, State] store.
My order was initially accepted because the items were in stock. Shortly after, the clearance items ([List canceled items]) were suddenly canceled.
It is obvious that employees are falsely marking these items "out of stock" so they can buy the discounted inventory for themselves. This internal hoarding is happening at Walgreens stores nationwide, and you need to get your act together.
I expect an investigation into the inventory logs for these items at this location, along with compensation for the wasted time and unacceptable experience.
