Don't let the reviews fool you. Got this last time it was on sale. It stalls out on my 100# wife. Thing is junk. Called to return and they pretended to not speak English.

Totally agree. We have a nice Spirit treadmill that is exponentially better than this. The misconception about bells and whistles is laughable. Try them side by side and there would be no comparison.

I am guessing you have never actually shopped for a treadmill and compared them in person. As someone that runs a decent amount, I can tell you there is no comparison between this POS and a decent treadmill. And it's not bells and whistles.

I mean, it's a walk pad- I dont go too much above 3.0mph. On top of that, i have a standing desk that it's under that i can grab if i need support but usually that's not the case.

Overall- it's good for what it is, and I knew that going in- wasn't expecting a flawless experience, just a way to get steps and have a controlled incline. I will say, the tradeoff for a 12% incline is that it's quite a bit taller than others, so it doesn't really fit under a couch too well. Again, knew that going in, and storing it off to the side really hasn't been a problem.

12 percent is not the same as 12 degrees. Marketing trick. High end treadmills give the actual degree angle. Amazon details suggest the max degree angle is actually more like 6.8° when converted.

I thought the same as well but when I researched these months ago, any walking pad without bars is going to be capped at under 4mph which makes that incline at 12% fine imo. It depends on your use case. Im going to put it next to a standing desk and at a true 12 degree incline, you can work anyway because of how small these are. I was really stuck on both those limitations.

You can spend more and get handle bars that are higher speed and a true incline but at that piont, I would spend the money a get a much better brand.

I did purchase one of these. I have a full treadmill but Im in NE PA where its cold 5 months out of the year. So my use case is fast walking which is all any of these are good for imo.

Purchased at full price earlier in the week. Asked (through Amazon) if Merach could refund the difference since they are the actual seller. Within 24 hours they had refunded me $102. Sweet. So far... that is great customer service.
