350 is OK what is everyone benching???? It's $50.. That bottom bar seems to be very thin what do you all expect. This is good for basic training so I wish it was less complicated because nobody is resting their heavy bar on that rack.
Maximum capacity 350lbs WITH user. If it was 350lbs for the bar and another 200-250 for the user thatd be good, but 350 total? Nah, only if for women.
The majority of exercise equipment sold by Walmart is aimed at the beginner/ lite weight users. Most people getting started are not going to pay 300+ for a bench when they are only putting a hundred pounds max on the bar. These items are good for those people. These items make it accessible, without having to find a local gym and pay a membership; that usually is wasted on a multitude of excuses for not going to the gym.
