good deal. I use these at plant lights when starting plants indoors in the spring. The chains make it easy to raise the lights as the plants grow.

I wonder if there is an easy way to connect these to solar - does anyone know? My shed doesn't have power running to it and the single solar floodlight I got leaves something to be desired Frown

4000k is a little too "white" for me. Anything over 3000k gives me headaches, need something warmer or with an adjustable temp color.

It doesn't say explicitly, but I'm betting these are 120V, so you'll need an inverter, battery, and solar battery charger - essentially one of the (many) solar "generators" that get advertised on SD.

I hear ya but 4000k to me is the minimum color temperature for a garage, workshop, etc

Similar boat. Would prefer DC lighting for those smaller power packs and avoiding an inverter.
May have to search for automotive lighting for DC. Any other outside-the-box ideas?
