Both sales are for everyone with different stipulations. The 30% off is for everyone for anything $10 and under, but if you're ITC then you can apply it to $20 and under. Then there will be a Parking Lot Sale, and ITC gets a few days of exclusive access to that first, followed by access for everyone. Hope that helps!

Oh, and if you're interested in becoming a member, the better deal is to go into a store and buy 2 years for $45 instead of 1 year for $30. My membership has easily paid for itself (or cost me way more, haha!)

Yes, ran into the strict 5 item rule months back....even with multiples of the same item they EACH count as an item now, when in the past they didn't. I believe ,but am not sure, if you went out of the store and came back in again say to a different cashier you'd be able to get another 5. I don't know if their system would catch it though IF you gave your phone number the second time. I've been curious on that one.

How do thier buckets compare to HD and Lowes? I need a bucket and 20% off makes them reasonable. I don't have a printer though, can I just show the coupon on my phone?

What did you intend to buy? Clerk is confused. 30% does not work on items that are monthly ITC member savings - ITC members will automatically get whichever is the lowest price, the 30% off or the ITC price, but not both.
