Where the S25 Edge is better:
Battery life: I use 95% limit on both devices and the S25 Edge does last longer. Faster to charge.
Camera: The S25 Edge, especially the 0.6x outdoes the iPhone Air for photography and videos, that I find myself naturally reaching for it when capturing a moment.
Speakers/Mic: The S25 Edge has dual speaker/stereo recording - Videos (capture and playback) are better than the iPhone Air's mono mic. Calling on loudspeaker/conferencing is easier too.
Where the S25 Edge suffers:
Bloatware - Too much of it, unwarranted and unyielding. Have to disable, remove, uninstall a bunch of crap. The google + samsung version of everything is just BS. And google needs to think of new iconography for their icons.
UI/UX - Samsung suffers here. Too much background processes, tracking telemetry slows down the whole experience. Even with animations/transitions set to 0.5 it's slower than my older OnePus 13. Samsung needs to de-bloat their builds and software.
Display/touch response - While Samsung S25 Edge does carry the bigger display, the iPhone Air's just feels right and snappier. The colors are better on the iPhone air.
The slim/sleek form factor? People ask you more about the S25 edge than the iPhone Air.

BTW:
Can anyone confirm which shipper Woot usually uses for their phones?
Community Reviews
The Galaxy S25 Edge is a thin, light Samsung flagship that stands out for its large 6.7 inch screen, strong Snapdragon performance, and comfortable in hand feel. The main camera, dual speakers, and fast charging get praise, and battery life is described as better than expected for the size, though still tied to the thin design. The tradeoffs are the smaller battery, no telephoto lens, heavy Samsung bloatware, and only 256GB with no microSD slot. It feels like a premium pick for people who want a big screen without the bulk.
Common Questions (5)
It can be a strong buy if you want a new unlocked thin flagship and do not want carrier-plan strings attached. Some shoppers point to cheaper open-box or Mint bundle alternatives, but others still see this as the best no-fuss price for a new unlocked S25 Edge.
The thin chassis can mean shorter battery life than thicker models with bigger batteries, and some owners do need a daytime top-up. Even so, others report it lasting surprisingly well for a thin phone, especially with a 95% charge limit or nightly charging.
Yes. The S25 Edge is notably thinner and lighter, and that slim form factor is the main reason to choose it. The tradeoff is less room for battery and camera hardware than the thicker S25+ or Ultra-style models.
Yes, this Woot deal is for an unlocked phone with no carrier restriction. That means you can keep your current carrier instead of moving to Mint or another plan, which is the main reason some shoppers prefer this deal over bundled offers.
The S25+ has the bigger battery, telephoto lens, and better screen glass, while the S25 Edge has the better main camera. They share the same processor, RAM, and screen resolution, so the choice mostly comes down to battery and zoom versus thinness and the main camera.

Batshit awesome? Force people? Really now.
Yes informing others that by spending a whole $14 more they could get unlimited data plan for an entire year AND a newer Samsung device. God what a monster I am.
With dual SIMs people can have two entirely different networks running so when they're somewhere with bad service on say ATT? The Tmo network can be used instead.

A coworker of mine got it 2 weeks ago, bought refurbished for $480, and he's been loving it.
The performance appears to be better:
3dMark: 7230 vs 6473
AnTuTu: 10824 vs 9391
GeekBench: 10824 vs 9391
Battery; 15:20h vs 12:06h
Not stating which one is better because everyone has different preferences.
I remember T-mobile had a few bands that helped to have, but some phones didn't have..
