You can change the setting so that it auto launches carplay, which I recommend enabling. It also has a feature to where it will automatically join wifi and bluetooth, because connecting every time was annoying.
Tiktok Lite that it has isn't allowed in the US, and regular TikTok wouldn't install.
The HDMI output is nice and something I will have to wire up in my vehicle, I think it will be nice for back passengers on a USB powered mini LCD I already own.
Haven't had any overheating issues so far, but hold onto the box because many of these types of devices do overheat but you have 30 days to test.
Carplay works flawlessly, no complaints and it launches quickly.
In the android environment, its a bit slow but functional.
Main issue I have is that I need to figure out why its not automatically connecting to my hotspot on each bootup, even though hotspot is left on with my iPhone.
Amazon return is so easy and this is just fast and easy to install, so no risk to buy this and try it out.
But apparently that personality didn't translate over to voice chat.
I just said "this is a test of Grok chat" and she went ballistic on me, like damn, calm down bro!
