If it's anything like the Ryobi one I have (1800psi) or the one Harbor Freight sells (Bauer brand), then it'll be a great choice for the tasks you listed. Very happy with both of mine, and they handle pretty much anything I throw at them (or I spray them at).

They all do, they are unfortunately to be considered consumables. Buy them for 50-100, use them till they die and repeat. If it breaks during Amazon's return period, return/replace, otherwise it has a 3 year limited warranty. These are usually good to catch on deals around the holidays for the extended return window but that also depends on where you live. Lots cant so much pressure washing when its frigid, but here in the gulf coast its year round pressure washing season.

If it's worth anything, I got a similar model from Best buy for 99 bucks 1.5 years ago. Unit started to surge and turbo nozzle/foam cannon died. Called support emailed them my receipt, in under 10 mins a new unit being sent me.
