Can you use this on a gas stove or is this only good for induction type stoves? I've heard amazing things about Tramontina, but haven't gotten clarity on this.

For $20 it's finish but it's really thin, poorly constructed, and not up to what I expect from this brand. Ended up returning it at $40.

I've never had a problem with Tramontina Brazil. This trash is their China line, hence the bad reviews.

đŸ–•Tramontina. I purchased a 5qt enameled CI Dutch Oven from them a few years ago. It was used perhaps once of twice a month. After about three years of light use and careful maintenance--hand washing with just soap, warm water and a non-scrub sponge--it had developed scratches and black stain all over the bottom of the pot and a dime-sized chip at the rim. I contacted Tramontina, provided them with photos. They replied back saying it was all normal wear-and-tear. Now, this is SS (and its from COSTCO) so your experience might be different, but I'd NEVER buy a Tramontina product.
